Keep in mind

• The field tracks changes to any field in the record, not just a specific one — there is no way to target a single field for the time count.
• It does not track when a record was created, only when it was last modified. For creation time, use a Created at field instead.
• The field is read-only — it cannot be manually set or overridden.
• It does not send notifications or trigger automations on its own based on elapsed time.

2- Does this field update in real time?

Yes. The time count updates dynamically whenever you view the record, always reflecting the current elapsed time.

3- Can I filter or sort records by Time since update?

Yes. You can sort and filter records based on this field, making it useful for surfacing the most outdated records.

4- What's the difference between Time since update and the Created at field?

Created at shows when the record was first created and never changes. Time since update shows how long ago the record was last modified and updates whenever any change is made.
