Favorite
The Favorite field adds a star icon to each record, letting users mark records as favorites directly from the table or card view.

Capabilities
- Toggle a record as favorited or not via a star icon
- Set a default state (checked or unchecked) for new records
- Mark the field as required
How to add
- On table mode, go to the last table header with a "+"
- Look for the "Favorite" option and click on it
Use cases and examples
- Priority items — star key clients, urgent tasks, or important records for quick access.
- Filtered views — create a view filtered to show only favorited records.
Keep in mind
- The Favorite field is shared across all users — if one person stars a record, it appears starred for everyone.
- Starring a record does not move it or pin it in the table.

No. The Favorite field stores a single value per record, shared across all users.
2- Can I filter records by the Favorite field?
Yes. You can filter any view by the Favorite field to show only starred or unstarred records.
