How the ticket process works

Inputs considered

Steps

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. A ticket is automatically created in our internal Jestor
  3. Our team classifies it as one of: Support, Bug, Feedback, or Subscription
  4. The ticket is prioritized based on urgency, type, and plan
  5. If more information is needed, the team replies by email with questions
  6. Once resolved, you receive a confirmation email
