How the ticket process works

Steps
- Send an email to [email protected]
- A ticket is automatically created in our internal Jestor
- Our team classifies it as one of: Support, Bug, Feedback, or Subscription
- The ticket is prioritized based on urgency, type, and plan
- If more information is needed, the team replies by email with questions
- Once resolved, you receive a confirmation email
