Community support will be upgrade to tickets
In order to garantee a better and more reliable support and help to all customers, we are upgrading the community model to a ticket model.

There are many ways to get in touch with our team, solve problems, or learn about Jestor. We made a list with the main ways to get help:
- Tickets by E-mail: Send an email to [email protected].
- Co-Criation Hours: Schedule a meeting with one of our Builders to build anything with you.
- Documentation: This document :)
- YouTube: We have more than 500 videos between our 2 channels:
It's a really simple process. It takes into consideration the following variables:
And it follows these steps:
- You'll send an email to [email protected].
- Automatically, a ticket in our own internal Jestor will be created.
- The ticket will be classified by our team as:
- We'll prioritize it considering urgency, type, and plan.
- If we need more information, our team will reply the email with questions.
- Once it's all concluded, you'll receive a new email being informed :)
