How can I get support from Jestor?

There are many ways to contact our team, solve problems, or learn about Jestor. We’ve created a list of the main ways to get help:

  1. Submit Support Tickets via Email: Send an email to [email protected].
    1. Support: ask questions about the product or ask for help.
    2. Bugs: report problems while using Jestor.
    3. Billing: subscription, invoice, and other financial matters.
    4. Security: report incidents.
  2. Chat: In-app chat for help building your Jestor.
    1. Activate pressing Command/Control + Shift + H for help.
    2. This is not for all types of support, only for assistance with building Jestor.
    3. It's in beta for a few users.
  3. Co-Criation Hours: Schedule a meeting with one of our Builders to build anything with you.

How does our ticket process work?

It's a really simple process. It takes into consideration the following variables:

  1. Urgency.
  2. Type.
  3. Plan.

And it follows these steps:

  1. You'll send an email to [email protected].
  2. Automatically, a ticket in our own internal Jestor will be created.
  3. The ticket will be classified by our team as:
    1. Support
    2. Bug
    3. Feedback
    4. Subscription
  4. We'll prioritize it considering urgency, type, and plan.
  5. If we need more information, our team will reply the email with questions.
  6. Once it's all concluded, you'll receive a new email being informed :)
