With the Twilio actions, you can send WhatsApp or SMS messages through Twilio automatically when the chosen trigger is activated. Keep a clear line of communication with your clients.

How to create

You just have to click on the "+ Automations" icon on the upper right corner of the screen to open the No code automations panel, and then on the "+ Create new automation" button:

Select the trigger of your choice to activate the action, then select the "Twilio - WhatsApp Messages" action, and fill in the options:

• Connect and select your Twillio account.
• Choose the phone number that the WhatsApp will be sent. You can type or insert a data directly from a Jestor's phone number field.
• Write the message to be sent via WhatsApp. You can type or insert a data directly from a Jestor's field.

For example: Trigger – “When a field is changed” and the order is moved to “Sent”, the action “Twilio – Whatsapp Messages” will occur sending an automatic message to update customers on shipping updates.
