What is the phone number field?

This field is used to correctly record the phone number format like (555) 123-4567 and it only accepts numbers.

How to create a phone number field

To create a Phone number field:

• On table mode, go to the last table header with a "+"
• Just look for the "Phone Number" option and click on it
• Choose the name of your field and if it's required

Common use cases

You can use to register the phone numbers of your customers, suppliers, and employees and to create automations based on this registered phone like generating an automatic link to your client chat on WhatsApp

For example:

• In a “Clients” table, it can be used to save a client's phone number.
