SLA

Track and manage time in a stage ⏲️

SLA charts

Time Share

Percentage of the total time spent in each stage.

Time spent at each stage - Aggregated

Total time spent in each stage. The current stage is indicated by the "target" icon.

Time spent at each stage - Sequential

Tracks cumulative time per stage, including cases where a card moves back and forth between stages.

SLA table view

When activating SLA for a field, a read-only table view with all transactions is automatically created. This view includes filters.

How to activate

Tables

Requires a table with a single-selection field.

  1. Go to a table
  2. Edit or create a single-selection field
  3. Activate the SLA feature

Table — Open card (Superform)

New tables automatically include SLA as a tool. For existing tables:

  1. Table > Edit table fields > Edit table and forms
  2. Table standard form > Edit table update form > Form toolbar > Add an item

Observations and recommendations

  • When the single-selection field is empty, time is not counted
  • Turning off the SLA switch pauses tracking for that period — changes are not recorded
  • The retention period for historical data depends on the plan
  • To avoid empty fields at the start, set a predefined value on the form creation response matching the first stage of your process
