What is the chat field
It’s an easy way to communicate with other users by sending messages inside records helping the internal team communication by tagging team members and adding information

How to create
To create a Chat field:
- On table mode, click on the last table header with a "+", press (F) or click on the + on the upper right and this will open the field creation page

- Just look for the ”Chat" option and click on it
- Choose the name of your field
- Press the blue button and create
You can delete or edit by clicking on the table header name and choosing one of the options
Common use cases
Chat field helps the team communication by tagging team members, and adding informations in a comment space:
For example
- It can be used in a “Leads” table to communicate to the other members of the team if there is a special condition that the client is demanding or a call reschedule.
