Jestor Vision: Turn Documents into Data, Instantly (OCR)

Jestor Vision uses powerful Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to automatically extract data from documents like receipts, NFs (Notas Fiscais), invoices, and contracts—transforming them into structured information you can immediately use in your workflows.

What It Does

  • Scans receipts, invoices, and PDFs
  • Extracts key fields (e.g., invoice number, date, amount, client)
  • Automatically inputs the data into your Jestor tables

Jestor Builder can now see

Jestor Builder now goes beyond text prompts — it can see and interpret spreadsheets, images, and screenshots to help you build custom tools even faster.

New create button

Press “C” to quickly create a new app using AI or start from scratch with a blank table, Kanban, form, or app page.
The shortcut also provides contextual options—allowing you to create any structure relevant to where you are in the platform.

Kanban: New Design and Features

Title color

Assign a color to easily tag and identify each card.

Move to a stage

Jump directly to any stage with just a few clicks—instead of dragging the card through multiple stages.

More

Clone cards, delete them, or copy the record link—all without opening the card.

WhatsApp Button

Open your WhatsApp conversations or start a new one with a custom message. You’ll be automatically directed to your client’s, supplier’s, or partner’s WhatsApp chat.

Search Filter: Flexible Filter and Reports

Flexible filter

The Flexible Filter is a new filter option that allows each user to add and remove filters using different views—just like the filter behavior directly in tables.

Search filter now filters reports

When downloading reports from app blocks, any active filters applied through the search filter will also be reflected in the exported data.

Send updates to chat

Activate the Record History form tool to track all manual record updates, including before/after values and the user responsible for each change. All updates will also be sent to the chat to inform involved users of the new data.

Task Field

You can now track task progress and create new tasks directly from tables, app blocks, or forms.

Each table can have one task field, and you can still create new tasks using the K shortcut or through the global task feature.

Table Improvements and Record Recovery

Table tools

Table tools give you access to the main features available for your table. You can switch between tools and views to better manage your data.

Access custom forms, edit fields, and reorganize your table with ease.

Recover excluded records

Recover your records even after deletion. Just open the Trash, then select specific records—or all of them—to restore.

You can also permanently delete records by clearing the Trash. Only after this final, irreversible deletion will the record count for your table be updated.

Recover excluded fields

Recover entire columns after they’ve been deleted, directly from the Trash. For added security, permanent deletion requires MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) to help prevent mistakes.

Views improvements

New shortcut for editing views: Activate Builder Mode, then hover over the view icon to quickly edit it.

Upgrade to the new version

All older tables will be sunset and automatically migrated to the new table model.

  • Your table conditionals will be preserved in the table form.
  • Views will need to be recreated as app pages in the new model.
  • You can use the Flexible Filter in the search filter to apply a unique filter for each view.

Attachment Filed and Images

The “Files” field is now called “Attachment”. It comes with a new icon and additional features.

Compress Images

You can now select the image size for each Attachment field. Compressing images can be helpful for:

  • Faster uploads on mobile devices with slower internet connections
  • Faster uploads and downloads when high resolution isn’t necessary
  • Improved performance when using images in automations or document generation

And more.

Only allow 1 file

You can now restrict users to upload only one file per field instead of multiple files. This helps guide them to upload a specific document and keeps different document types organized across separate fields.

SLA: Stage SLA indicator and Export Reports

SLA per stage

Automatically view aggregated SLA data for each Kanban stage, including:

  • Average time per stage
  • Maximum time per stage
  • Minimum time per stage

Export SLA reports

Export complete SLA reports to CSV for deeper analysis or to maintain internal log records.

Email: New Features and Undo Send

New email settings

  • New, reorganized design for easier navigation and use.
  • Custom email signature per table.
  • Set an initial stage for cards created via email.

Undo send

No more worries—did you send an email by mistake or with an error? You can now undo it within a few seconds before it reaches the recipient, as if it never happened.
