What is the last edited by field?

It's a field automatically filled in with the last user who edited the record

How to create a last edited by field

To create a Last edited by field:

• On table mode, go to the last table header with a "+"
• Just look for the "Last edited by" option and click on it
• Choose the name of your field

Common use cases

The Last Edited by It's a not editable field that shows the last user that change any information in a record:

For example:

• In a “Financial Statement” table, it can be used to track who was the last user to update a record.
