It updates on its own whenever a new message is sent, with no manual input required.
- [Timer](https://docs.jestor.com/docs/timer.md): The **Timer** field tracks elapsed time directly inside a record. You can start, pause, and stop the timer, record multiple laps, and see the total accumulated time — all without leaving the record.
- [Time](https://docs.jestor.com/docs/time.md): The **Time** field stores duration values, such as `00:00:12:020` or `2 minutes and 2 seconds`. Use it to track elapsed time, task durations, response times, or any measurement expressed as a time interval.

Each record in one table can be linked to multiple records in another table, and vice versa.
